Terms of Use

Vigsel Alert is an independent notification service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the City of Stockholm, Stockholm Stad, or any government authority. References to etjanster.stockholm.se or vigsel.stockholm in this service are purely descriptive of the third-party website that is monitored.

Vigsel Alert reads the publicly available slot listing on etjanster.stockholm.se at regular intervals and sends you an email and/or push notification when a slot that falls within your chosen date range appears. The service helps you automate the monitoring you would otherwise have to perform manually.

The service does not:

• –book, reserve, or hold any slot on your behalf
• –log in to etjanster.stockholm.se using your credentials
• –interact with BankID or any government identity system
• –guarantee that a slot will still be available when you visit the booking page

All bookings are made entirely by you, personally, on the official website.

• –You must comply with the etjanster.stockholm.se terms of use when visiting and booking on that site.
• –You must provide a valid email address and keep your alert preferences accurate.
• –You must not use this service to systematically harvest, resell, or redistribute booking-slot data.
• –You must not attempt to circumvent, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service or the monitored website.

Where a paid subscription is offered, payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and include any applicable VAT. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including Swedish consumer-protection rules under the Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We aim to monitor slots continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or changes to the monitored website. We are not liable for any missed slots resulting from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigsel Alert and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to a missed booking opportunity.

Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content, design, and code of Vigsel Alert is the property of its operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
